Step by step guide to buying online from Worldwide Health Center.
1. Select the currency appropriate to you (US Dollar, Euro or UK Sterling) from the top right hand border and then click 'GO'. See Currencies & Duties (for UK and EU Countries only)
2. Browse the site finding the products you require
3. Add all of the products you want to your basket ("BUY buttons")
4. View your basket (click on 'View Order' at the top left of the page)
5. Change quantities and then click "update" or remove items from your basket
6. When you're happy with the total press "proceed to checkout" You cannot change products or quantities after this point.
7. If you are a first time customer to Worldwide Health Center, enter your email address and a password you can remember in the new registration section. Now enter your billing and delivery details. Return Customers only need enter their email and password in the logon section. If you have been issued with a discount code, enter it on this page, then press "Continue" button.
8. You are now in your "order summary page" Check your details and amend if needed by pressing 'Edit Entry'. Then press "Continue" button
9. If you are happy with the contents of you order press the 'Proceed' button. (only if you wish to pay online by card)
10. You can now choose one of the four safe ways to pay!
Order Online Click on the card type you are using. Enter your card number, expiry date etc. The quickest & most convenient way to order is directly through our website using a credit/debit card. Order by Phone Call 0845 434 8499 for UK customers or +44 870 321 0099 if you are outside the UK, and place your order over the phone along with your credit/debit card details. Please note that our call centre is in the U.K. and operates from 9.00am to 6.00pm (GMT) Mon-Fri.
Order by Fax To Fax your order, please print your order along with your details i.e. name, address, telephone number, credit/debit card details, etc. and fax it to +44 (0)870 321 0069. We will confirm your order by fax so remember to include your fax number.
Order by Post & Pay by Cheque For UK and US customers only, you can also order by mail and pay by cheque. Follow steps 1-9 above and print or write your order along with your details i.e. name, address, telephone number. Mail your order with a cheque for the specified amount, made payable to International Alternative Medicine Centre, to the address below. Cheques will be cleared before orders can be dispatched. This method will take longer than the above methods.

Postage & Packing costs and Delivery Times Orders placed online are usually received within the following time period:
