Dr. Maxwell is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and Chelation Therapy. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Cincinnati where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received his Medical Degree from The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Maxwell completed his Internship/Residency in Family Medicine at Westview Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and Chicago Osteopathic Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He has completed post-doctoral training in Chelation Therapy, Nutrition and Preventive Medicine. Dr. Maxwell has been licensed by The Ohio State Medical Board since 1983 and has been in full-time practice for 24 years.
