Description
An adequate intake of calcium and magnesium will help your bones, nerves and muscles. Calcium and magnesium work together to build and maintain healthy bones. This particular formula has a smart ratio of 1:1; better than most, as the minerals come from sophisticated sources, thus offering better absorption and utilization. Each capsule provides 100mg of elemental (actual) calcium and 100mg of elemental (actual) magnesium. Following a well-balanced diet and having an adequate intake of calcium throughout life may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
